Terrible bar service never enough bartenders used to go once a week now I don’t go at all

It was a Monday, not that crowded, but we were seated near an air duct. I ordered the Hooters wings, but they came to me, not very hot, my hubby ordered a turkey burger, his burger was warm. Our waitress was very busy and covering many tables, so I'm thinking our food sat at the window for sometime. If our food was a little more hot temperature wise, I'm sure we would have enjoyed it more. I don't know if we would go back again.

Took the family and mom had her wheelchair and we were seated in a timely fashion. We enjoyed our time there.
Service was ok, but our waitress had an attitude when I asked her to give us 3 different sauces on our wings. We have always ordered 20 wings and split them up with 3 different sauces. Tired to order it the same way and she informed me (in a tone that made me fell like I was asking for money out her pocket) that Hooters has never offers more then 2 choices. I miss the days when the customer can get their food they way they like it.
An hour later we still haven't gotten our food! Waitress , as sweet as she is, sucks!!! Sitting here thanking God I ordered the large drink!!!
I’m a veteran and I came in to eat yesterday. They said they had a special for Vets on Sat. but not Fri. I said that stinks since I work Sat. The bartender talked to the manager, came back and said if you want a free meal go to longhorn steakhouse. I blew it off and ordered my meal and a beer. I looked behind me and 3 tables of police officers were back there eating. I know hooters offers a daily discount for PD. I found it unfortunate that they wouldn’t at least buy 1 veteran his 1 beer. Wings burger n beer are amazing!!! Love this place
Waited forever to order then was served cold wings then not to mention the bill misshap, needless to say I most likely WON'T go back.
