Our orders took a long time to get, the appetizers were brought out with the entree, and the hot wings were barely warm (actual temperature) not spice heat. The entrees were good and at the desired temperatures. All in all a disappointing visit.

Their Curley fries need to be warmer. They r cold when u get them.
Terrible. Waited an hour for our food to come, and when it did, everything was cold. Clearly is was sitting on the counter for that hour. There were girls standing around everywhere doing absolutely nothing, yet people are waiting hours for cold food????? Clearly there are numerous comments below saying the same thing. Ridiculous.

I called in an order but somehow it was lost. So the young lady Tyler stepped in to fix my order. She was very pleasant and apologetic But it was still a mix up so the assistant manager Shelly came in and helped get everything straightened out and made sure I was leaving happy. Mistakes happen but it's how the mistakes are corrected. These two ladies did an amazing job fixing the mistake. They also wished my son good luck on his next game since he was bummed they lost!! Thank you ladies I appreciate you both!
DISEASED CHICKEN...... do not go here. I got a piece of chicken yesterday that was the type of thing that starts recalls. Huge tumor like masses on it and was just breaded and cooked. How this is not noticed is disgraceful and then to have the manager suggest that I only mentioned it to get a free meal. Absolutely the worst. I did not ask for the RECALL CHICKEN. I asked for a hot good meal. For him to think that me trying to eat that was not worth the $10. A true shame.
Waitress was friendly & made conversation with me & my daughter. She also admired my newborn baby girl & was easy to talk to. Food was served quickly & was delicious.
We have been customers for along time. But the past few visits have been extremely disappointing. The food portions are getting smaller yet prices are not. I should not leave there hungry after eating a buffalo chicken sandwich. But when it's smaller then the bun for $9, something is wrong. Tonight I ordered a buffalo chicken salad. Just picked up a relatively easy order, (so I thought) of 10 medium boneless and 10 hot boneless with some fries. When I got back to the office I found out I had received 10 mild and 10 with no sauce. I was told they have been having issues, Now I know for sure!! Very, very small nuggets. Please go somewhere else and actually get something for the amount of money you spend.
