Walked in at 10pm and there was no staff in site. Bar area had 8 people or so and a few tables were seated. All of the waitresses were by the entrance to the kitchen chatting and on their cell phones. One came over and directed me to sit at the bar. I then sat 15 to 20 minutes before the bartender came behind the bar and started serving again. It wasn't busy and service was terribly slow. The wings were drown in sauce to the point they were just soggy.
We always have a great time when ever we meet up at the "Hoot". The servers are curteous and fun. If I am looking for perfect, I would stay home. Yeah right.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!. Took 25 mins to get a drink. There were no more than 10 people total including bar guest and it took that long. Another 30 more before our food came. Fries were cold my husbands food was not what he ordered. They took our appetizer away before we were done without asking. My tea did not get refilled not 1 single time. So disappointing... I love my Hooters here in Huntsville Alabama but yesterday was a total fail service wise. Food was on the roll as always best wings ever but the service was not so good. our waitress was very nice but not confident with the menu, hubby wanted oysters as advertised but was told there were none and when asked why no oysters when the oyster restaurant around the corner had them,she just said the manager could not get any into Hooters. Food was terrible! 1 hour to get 10 wings & nachos!
Great food & great service, we had both boneless and bone in wings.
This was my second trip there and again the service sucked. Took forever to get a drink or food and it just seemed like everyone I talked to who didn't work there had the same experience. The ladies who were serving seemed like they didn't want to be there either. Don't think I will bust this location again. I have been to Hooters locations all over America and this was by far the worst one I have been to in a while.
Watered down drinks and had to reorder them. It was high priced . And really was a ok not nothing brag on. Usually is better. Js
