We went to eat lunch & sat at the bar. The service was awful!!! We watch everyone leave the floor & the manager sit on hit ass & do nothing. We could have walked away & no one would have noticed!! We also watched a man sit at the bar & waited 15 minuets before ANYONE took his order & yes he was sitting at the bar. The manager the whole time just looked around & did NOTHING!!! The food was not what it used to be. Just awful & gone down hill!!!
Had a great experience! It was my sons first time and not only was the staff super friendly but the other customers were as well. A few actually helped my son when dancing. He was on cloud 9 the rest of the night!
Poor customer service I waited 15 minutes for order to be taken.... so I left because they were arguing about who seated me .... point blank period .... like I am stupid or something ..... poor management
Haven’t been to Hooters in a long time. But it was a friends B-day. So we went to it. And right from the start our waitress wasn’t very polite with us. She rushed us with our ordering. We told her we needed a few min. And she give us less then. Minute. And the place is to expensive.
Way to go....not even crowded and noone bothered to seat us.
Thought the girls were supposed to be pretty? 😒 And we walked in and the hostess was no where to be found. Took 10 min before she walked up. Tables everywhere
My family and I came in to eat, the waitress was nice but a little slow but it was a little busy so that wasn’t a big deal. We waited almost 1.5 hours for food. If it weren’t for super cold weather and two hungry kids we would have went somewhere else. Our drinks stayed empty, anytime we needed something we had to flag someone down. My husbands chicken was undercooked as well. It will be quite a while before we come back. Very disappointed.
Stopped coming here because the service was horrible, and food started getting bad, came back tonight and it hasn’t gotten any better. When you have 5 people sitting for 20 minutes with no drinks and three have to ask for refills twice with no ice, and then almost an hour before you even get food. And to top it off they were not busy.
Just had lunch and a young lady named Lindsey was our server. She and the food were both GREAT! However, I had one issue... You see, not only was Lindsey very pretty, she also has some very pretty Tattoos that Hooters makes her cover up with makeup. That's what my issue is with. I think it's completely ridiculous that these ladies have to cover their Tattoos... So let's change this policy HOOTERS CORPORATE! It's time... Thanks
