Bartender almost gave away my pick up order. Daytona Wings flats looked like they came from anorexic chicken, they were so small. For $40 I expected better quality. Hooters and HSV Manager Jay Foreman should be ashamed!!!
I have gone to Hooters many times over the years but over the last year it has gotten worse and worse after each visit. Once Twin Peaks opens up Hooters will be no more in Huntsville unless something changes.
service was AWFUL. waited 20 min to get drinks, 10 more for the appetizer we order BEFORE the drinks, after an hour we finally got the 20 wings we ordered- which were the wrong kind- but ate them anyway because we were tired of waiting and starving. Asked for another beer and didn't get it until we we're ready to leave. Women's bathroom had zero toilet paper in any stalls, 3 of the 4 toilets were clogged and unflushed. no soap. no paper towels. trash can was running over. DeQuache was our waitress. Horrible service. At one point, patrons waited 15 min to be sat, with multiple open tables and a small crowd. All waitresses seemed uninterested and miserable. At one point (which I have on video) there was not a single waitress, bartender, host on the floor. NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE IN SIGHT. Food was fast, but what kind of “wing” place runs out of mild AND medium wings.. AND celery. Management must treat and/or lead staff poorly.
