went today and it was absolutely terrible.. Chicken was under cooked, and wrong,fries tasted 8 days old,beer was hot, the ranch tasted like hidden valley and not the normal like the good ranch they usually have. Service was good though. But I will never go back and they wasnt even busy AT ALL..
They lost order then took close to an hour to complete order with no apologies. I asked 3xs about order to the bartender just to be ignored then when I pulled the manager that’s when it was discovered the order was “lost”. The cook left 20mins prior which made the manager prep the meal. The bartender complained that she had the ticket but kitchen didn’t receive it then stated she doesn’t make money doing her job. Zero apologies. Ordered at 8:00 and did not receive food till 9:05.

Excellent service and the food was just right!
I arrived planning to eat in the dining room. I was told by the hostess that customers are required to use the restaurant's hand sanitizer when entering. I declined to do so. Hostess brought out manager to speak to me. Manager said it was company policy. I said goodbye and went to Twin Peaks. I am happy that Hooter's does not need my money. It is better to spend it where it is appreciated. Hand sanitizer is poison. It works by poisoning the germs on your hands. Then you touch your food with the poison!
It's the wings and burgers that keep us coming back!
Just wasn't crazy about the food.
