After reading the reviews of other customers I’m surprised! I move here in march & have been to hooters twice, both times my service was great! Got seated almost immediately, food didn’t take long and came out hot & Fresh..... the staff was very professional & friendly, attractive also lol
We went in last night because I was craving some crab legs. After several minutes at the hostess stand with no acknowledgement, we were seated way in the back. Multiple servers walked past us multiple times and never acknowledged we were there. The manager was even in the area sweeping the floor and made eye contact with us but didn’t say anything. The food was good but the manager which was a man was bringing the food and the refills like our waitress was terrible. The last time before this one everything was good but I must say the Hooters in Chattanooga,TN and the Hooters in Tuscaloosa, AL are the best ones I been to service and taste. Also Panama City Beach, FL isn't to bad but like I said if you want the real Hooters experience I suggest Tuscaloosa or Chattanooga
Waitresses were NOT attentive from the moment we walked in the door. I had to ask for napkins, ketchup & silverware. We waited for 45 minutes for our food & then it was NOT good. I love Hooters but this one was the worst.
Strongly agree with some of the previous posts. MOD name in napkin, never to be seen, waitress who acted like she hated her job, slowest cook EVER!!!!!!! Waited 35 minutes for the mozzarella sticks. None of food was hot when it finally got brought out. 4 other tables with customers, 3 guys at bar, 4 waitresses doing squat yet I had to get up and get mayo directly from the kitchen myself! All I wanted was a beer, waited for over 15 min. Waitresses were too busy flaunting their hair and talking to the other waitresses.
Guess you have to be a man to get some service here. Got our food out and never checked on us again. Didn’t get the tea, and asked two diff girls for ranch that we never got. Had to flag someone down to get a ticket to leave.?
The worse service ever at any Hooters I have ever been to. From the time we sat down, before the last period of a hockey game started to the end of the game we were only able to drink one luke warm beer due to the slow and inattentive service. Our server walked by us with empty beer glasses no less than 5 times. When she finally decided to ask if we needed anything our only response was our check. We just left there around 7:35pm the waitress Bella was nice and food was good. But one of the waitresses fell and dropped the food she was carrying. As we were leaving I asked her if she was ok she yelled at me and said “no I’m not” very rude. I was just worried she had got hurt. I’m sorry she fell and hope she’s ok. �
