I have been going to hooters for about 20 yrs now. I have been to over 25 different locations in the southeast. It was my favorite place to eat for years.a few years ago they made a bunch of changes to the menu and changed alot of the food too. It hasnt been near as good since then.huntsville is the closest one to me so its the one i go to the most. The last few times i have been the service was up and down. I've been to dozens of Hooters. This was the worst experience I've ever had. Nobody at our table of 6 got all of the food we ordered. One person didn't receive any of her food. Had to wave people down to get drunk refills. And getting a beer was almost impossible.
Why is a zero not availavle as a rating??? If only I can get the hours back of my life I have wasted here tonight! Service is lackluster at best. Very rarely see a waitress. Getting refills or ranch takes an act of congress. Thank goodness for the average food, or it would've been 1 out of 5.
Poor service with below average food. Used to love this location, not anymore.
After several poor experiences, a friend has returned to work there, hoping its better with her. The staff is less than social, which is half the reason for Hooter girls. The menu offered a price for all you can eat but server said it could not be entered on POS system except one day of the week promotion. IT'S ON THE MENU so management needs to fix the POS. Bad service, every order was wrong. We had 6 people at our table and it was 20 min between the first order coming out until the last one
Hostess was slow seating people. She was hardly ever up front to get names/ seat people. The bathrooms were outta toilet paper and soap in womans/mens. Took about an hour to get our food.
The managers did not staff the enough . We waited 2 and a half hours for our food ..no discounts no nothing . This was yesterday . Very poor service.
