Out of 50% of menu items including wings...what??? Bartender has no personality or attention to the customers....oh and the TV s all just went black.....insane....3rd time here and unfortunately it's gotten worse each time.

I've lived in Huntsville Al. for over 10yrs and have never eaten at Hooters. A very good friend of mine just had a birthday, so I decided to treat him to lunch. We had initially gone to a different restaurant downtown, but our service was so poor, we couldn't stay. My friend chose Hooters to eat at instead, and I'm sooooooo glad he did! The food was excellent, the service was phenomenal and the girls were gorgeous. I will most absolutely and definitely return!
Staff is always super friendly. The few times there's been a problem, I was taken care of beyond my expectations.
Food was great, service was HORRIBLE..... Worst I have EVER experienced.. I myself have been in the restaurant business over 20 years and have NEVER left NO tip. I had decided I was going to leave 10%, but after our server sent another server with our change, THAT WAS SHORT, It sent me over the edge. If anyone deserved a tip it was the servers who ran our food and drinks after they sat at the bar close to 10 minutes. I completely understand if it was busy but the girl only had a few tables. The wings are small prices are high not as good as Buffalo wild wings!
After being seated with no silverware,service being slow,my toddlers food wasnt even ordered until after everyone at our table had there food for about 10 minutes so after waiting to find out what was taking so long on our childs plate his food was finally ordered,our food wasnt even hot it came out barely warm we definitely would not go back there to eat
The food was good but terrible terrible terrible service
Nice new menus same shitty ass food! The 3 mile at least gave some flavor!
