So I'm at the downtown location sitting at the bar. Being in the service industry myself I completely understand being busy, but I count 8 patrons at the bar, including myself, with 3 bartenders. Not one have I been approached, not once have I been offered a menu. In fact all 3 bartenders have walked right by me without a second thought. Horrible service, didn't even get to try the food, WILL NOT be coming back. 0/10 would NOT recommend
Way understaffed!!!! No too impressesed. Been here for over an hour and still no drinks. Wait was supposed to be 10 min turned into 30 min and now 30 min at a table with nothing.
Good food. Good servers but poor management. Way understaffed. Hostess is cleaning tables instead of greeting. Our server had to serve too many tables to be effective.
I am a 30 year old woman with a 4 year old son my pregnancy was very ruff for me at times it seemed like my body was about to shut down after giving birth to a 6 pounds 13 ounce 18inches baby boy I was excited about motherhood and raising my son shortly after I started losing patches of hair on my head but it wasnt long before they grew back I put it off to be hormones say to myself I did just have a baby nothing serious then the patches became bigger and wider and stop growing back . 2 1/2 years ago I was diagnosed with Alo... read more
I've been to this location SEVERAL times and I always receive great service. This visit I came with my daughter for her birthday and they had all the hooter girls come to the front and brought my daughter up to sing. I will always be a patron of this establishment. :)
Why do they call it Hot-lanta? Because didn't you just have a lot of cold weather or what?
