Worst hooters I have ever been to for service. Need to invest in a quality hiring manager because the kitchen staff is sub par
Absolutely horrible. Waited 30 minutes to be seated there was no one in the restaurant ahead of us. Food took 45 minutes to arrive to the table. Including appetizer. When the food finally arrived it was cold & I had to fetch my own silverware! Waitress was apologetic but that's pretty much all we received. No manager over no apologies nada ! Would not recommend this location highly disappointed for a first experience !!!!
Still here, waiting an hour and a half for the first half of our tables food to be brought to the table. Food was cold and they have already finished their meal and the other half of our party hasn't even received their food yet.
Well, what can I say about Hooters that you don't already know? They're fantastic!! ;)
My team mates and I tried for over an hour to reach out to Hooter's to order some lunch. We also tried to utilize the website. I finally walked over and asked for a manager. Latosha (sp?) came and spoke with me and said that the phones had been down since the night before and won't be back up until tomorrow. I then asked if the website was also down? We waited over 30mins to receive only 2/3 of appetizers then only to find out they did not have anymore nachos to with the queso dip Now I understand things happened, but I should not had to wait 40mins for someone to let me know when . The manager was rude and nonchalant about the situation. Honestly we did not receive the proper service because it was a table full of females and observing the restrauant the servers were only paying attention to the males taking pictures with them.
Sooooo...an hour and 15 min wait for our food and the order is all types of messed up..and the kitchen has the nerve to send out refried fries...the place is the worst... #NeverAgain
Our waitress was Yomally. Attitude was horriable.
Our waitress didn't speak English very well and messed up the orders. My Burger was well done instead of med rare. I ordered blackberry sweet tea and got Unsweetened tea then she argued with me about it, then she added bacon to my Burger which I didn't want and got charged for it. It took well over an hour to get food even though it was not to busy. I will not be returning.
