The customer service is UNSATISFACTORY due to poor management.We asked the manager why we have been waiting for soooo long .... She said higher volume and understaffed. She stated she was checking the status of our order and never returned!
Food took 1 hr to arrive (mildly warm). The spicy garlic sauce was not even hot due to the boneless wimgs being already warm temp wise. The restaurant at PCB Florida was much much better. I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone!
Terrible slow service. . air conditioning not working . felt like we were a little bit discriminated against.
Y'all suck. Need to tighten up. Cooperate should shut yalls ass down!

Took my nephew for his 14th birthday and was a little disappointed when we got to sit next to the fowl smelling bathrooms and watch animal surgery and a Spanish psychic call in show. They put the Kentucky game on for us, which was cool, but left the other weirdness rolling the rest of the meal. Got sick from their guacamole and when we called to tell them they basically hung up on my sweet mother.
