This is the second time I've gone to have this procedure done by this hospital and both times the procedure had to be canceled by the time the doctor had his finger inside me. The first time was because i didn't preform an at-home enema treatment prior to the appointment to clean out my colon, one that i was never told i had to do. The doctor was very informative and explained each step of the procedures as he went through them very well. His assistant was quite helpful as well
My experience that I was that you come if there is something magnificent with the first time with Dr. (unreadable) I have not complained about the visit since among the employees they treated me very well and the doctor treated me in an extraordinary way and I am very grateful bye.
I wish I could have gotten in sooner. I was not given any instructions on the prep for the procedure until I texted and requested them.

The nurse was friendly and professional. The doctor was also friendly and professional. He asked in depth questions that made me feel understood and heard. I came away from this experience feeling upbeat about the visit and care team.
I was never seen by a doctor. The technician was a little on the cold side. The young lady helping him was very comforting to me. The technician's attitude was somewhat cold as I stated above. He has never obviously had this test performed on him before. He should. That way he would understand how painful it is and not just uncomfortable! The lidocaine did absolutely nothing to help with the insertion pain of this catheter. A little bit more caring about the patient's comfort from the technician would have been helpful.
Visiting UCI made me appreciate everyone who works here very much. I saw people who are very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you so much. Sincerely
I scheduled this appointment in February or March, and I was extremely disapppointed that the first available appointment wasn't until October 19th.
