I felt listened to and was provided helpful information.
This visit represents the new normal, and the new bad, about health care. Provider spent more time interacting with computer than he did with me, the patient. I felt unheard and definitely unseen.

Very efficient. I answered one of the questions wrong. They did wash their hands. They were all efficient. I pushed the one instead of the two. But very great, very informative and very blessed and happy. Thank you.
Dr. Meshkinpour treated me successfully and I am very grateful. My experience with him has been very positive and he seems very caring and interested in his patients. Also with his wealth experience he is impressively knowledgeable.

When calling, the immediate robot recording is very low in volume. It's difficult to hear. I told the receptionist about it, but nothing was done to improve the situation. Also, there is a long pause after that initial recording before a different recording begins. That long pause is confusing since I don't know if I'm still connected or what's happening.
I have no idea what the doctor found when he examined me. His information will be given to dr. mills that asked for the appointment.
