{staff name removed} that brought me in and took my vital signs was one of the nicest people. Very kind, knowledgeable and comforting.
The facility is clean. People working there are very friendly. This is really the most important, so we feel welcome.
The doctor and his assistant were nice, gentle and explained every detail as the procedure commenced
Nothing. Everything was great.
Dr didn't read patient file and didn't know her history. Very dissatisfied with that ! If he didn't know her history how is he to treat patient correctly?

Had a wonderful experience for such an embarrassing hard to discuss situation. Dr. Meshkinpour made it so much easier for me. He listened and explained thoroughly. Excellent bed side manners. I will recommend his services to family and friends.
This Dr was dismissive and did not listen to me. Proof of that is in my chart where he indicates no weight loss (I've lost 70+ lbs) and he also wrote something else distasteful that was never said by me. He then dismissed me by telling me to follow a FODMAP diet for 6 weeks and then return. I indicated several times that i had been given this information previously by a GI doctor and also worked with an Registered dietitian. I even brought a 7 day food and symptom diary showing I was following the FODMAP diet which he did no... read more
