I just took my dog, Loki, there for the first time last week. I moved over the weekend and Loki has been stressed and sick. I called the clinic after hours in a panic and had a call back within minutes. Thank you To Dr. Collins for being patient and understanding while I was in a panic!! And as for the first check up/visit at this clinic, it was wonderful. Loki usually gets nervous at vets but they got him in his room and played with him before the check up! Dr Ary is so kind and takes time with each of my fur babies. Kelly personally knows my babies and greets them with hugs on our visits. The bill is always less than what I anticipated from a top-notch clinic. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my four cats and two dogs!
Dr. Collins and all the staff at Hooks, took great care of our baby during a very rough time. They were helpful and compassionate and that was greatly appreciated. After the loss of Thunder the entire staff sent a hand written sympathy card. Their compassion is unrivaled. Thank you all so much.
Everyone is so friendly amd the vets will listen to your concerns and take any concerns you have seriously. They're great with both of my dogs and everyone I know who takes their pets here have also had great experiences with them.
My dog almost loves them more than he loves me lol. No, but seriously I love this clinic and trust them to give the absolute best care to my pup! Wouldn't know what to do without them!
Great clinic to take your furbabies!! The staff treats them better than most !!!!!!!
