I had a reservation for the Greenwood location. The email confirmation never provided a pick up time. The listed number is an answering machine service only. I had to find a customer service number. Customer service told me to call a store. I call another store, who states the Greenwood location doesn’t have a phone. THAT IS CRAZY! They tell me I can pick up at any time during operating hours. Reserved a ham and a turkey two weeks ago for a Christmas Eve celebration with family visiting from out of the country. Go to pick up the order on Dec. 24 and I’m told they don’t have half my order that I reserved. Ask if there are other stores that would have it. Employee says she doesn’t know and can’t check. Call customer service and ask and I was told they can refund the order or I can choose something else.
