Just don’t. I ordered a ham and turkey breast on 4/9 to be picked up on 4/18. My credit card was charged that day (not just a hold). I received reminder emails to pick up my reserved order that also stated they would hold my order for 24 hours. When I came to get my order on 4/18, I was told they were out of hams. When I showed my order and that I had already been charged I was told they don’t hold orders, it is first come, first served, and they just use those online orders for “planning purposes “. Would love to be able to call this store but the phone number is AI that does not send you to a live person or even a voicemail. I have a change in my order and I'm not driving 25+ minutes to "talk to them in person" like the rep for Honey Baked Ham suggested. Please fix your phone. The only reason I'm leaving this review is because I have no other way to reach out.
Best Ham ever! The bone in is my favorite! I serve it every Easter. I always warm the ham according to the directions, taste yummy! The ladies at the store are very helpful with any questions you have about size, etc.

My husband and I bought a ham for Christmas dinner from here and it was prepared perfectly. We warmed it up the day of the party but kept it in the fridge for a couple days prior. Great service, we were in and out in less than 5 min since we prepaid online. I would definitely use the service again. Everyone was really friendly and we were welcomed at the door.
