I have been working with this company since 2019. Yes I did owe the IRS for back taxes. They told me that it wouldn't be the initial ***** (and that get the IRS off my back )which I paid. Amazement is the only word to describe how I felt when I experienced such a high quality of professional, legal help being given to me free of charge over the phone. At this tax firm it is clear that their work is driven not by taking advantage of people's situations for financial gain, but by a genuine care and concern for helping them.
These people are a nasty bunch. I gave this woman my personal information and she was great her name is Skylla. Everything was going great until she had to transferred me to who she explained is her supervisor Mr. Miller, he was a very nasty man. He would not allow me to speak and when I had questions he told me call the IRS myself and find out what I owe he literally told me to go and pay them $30,000 when I don't even own them nearly that much money. My next stop will be to file a fraud report with the District Attorney Office for the misrepresentation and derelict of duties by Honest Tax. I claim a refund of all payments to them when they did no work on my behalf.

I worked with this company and I must say I was skeptical, but I must say they walked me through the whole entire step. The fee was based on the work, but when it was done I didn't pay anything and the IRS actually did send me notices that I was no longer paying the amount that I owed

I hired Honest Tax as I needed assistance with my Pin number for a previous year and to file my 2020 taxes. I was currently making payments with the IRS and State of CA. Honest Tax stated they would fix my previous year issue & file my 2020 taxes. They also said they could lower my current payments to the IRS and state. I setup a payment plan and began making payments. These people, particularly Sam*****, took $5662 off of my credit card and will not refund it to me. They leave you on hold, will not return calls or messages. Less than 24 hrs after speaking to Sam and his asst Eddie I decided not to go forward with using them. I emailed them and sent a cancellation letter before they even opened. $5662.00 was too much money but conveniently enough on my credit card. I have been trying for 2 months to get a refund.
