This company is a scam. They cold called my 13 year old daughter and left a message saying that she had back taxes due. Overall pretty good, ***** was actually the one who i talked to the most, he was kind and nice, i'd of loved to save a few bucks more, but they didn't overpromise that i would... i'm just a forever optimist. At least they were real with the potential of the results ... i had another firm tell me they could forgive it all.. my income is too much for that. Still pretty pleased.
