Pretty honest, hate to be cliche lol! 2 years ago they told me my result would be a small settlement and they spelled out exactly how that looked, the structure and everything. I started talking with this company 4 years ago about my back taxes. I was never updated on a consistent basis. I always had to call and then they told me I would have to pay 234 a month for 3 years. I have 16 months left to pay but I cannot get anyone to call me back. The numbers I have called are no longer in service. I did leave a message for ***************************** everyday with no response. I am wanting a complete refund up until the point
Would give ZERO stars if I could. This company got in touch with my almost 90 year old father who cannot read, got $4,500 from him (which he got from loan at bank at 24% interest) and got him to sign over power of attorney over taxes to them (or that is what they kept saying to my sister when she called them)..said he would be on probation for filing his taxes for 5 years (seriously for an almost 90 year old?) and then past taxes would be resolved. I do not have words to express how wonderful it is to work with honest tax. I owed over $70k in taxes and ******, our case manager, created a plan for us, was gracious, comforting, funny, and very easy to work with. She created a payment plan and step by step instructions for us to follow. She and ************** were always available and despite the *** taking over 2 months to process our paperwork there was never a time we felt alone.
