******** and con artist. I paid these people $22000 to satisfy Cali taxes. That was over 8 months ago. I called and demanded my money back. Still waiting!!! If I dont get my money back soon, ** turning this over to the attorney general.

This company stole $12K from me via fraud. For this amount, the only thing they did was stop irs from taking action toward me for three months - something I, or apparently anyone I appointed as my representative could have done for me. That was a $12k phone call. Then they didn’t respond to me for the next three months and asked me for more money to file another IRS form. This company defrauded me of thousands of dollars and now has left me with an even larger tax debt. I contracted with them in 2019 to handle my tax debt. They would required financial documents. I would provide them. I'd hear nothing until months later when they'd request them again. I'd provide them again. This went on and on and on. Finally there was to be a resolution. This is an excellent tax service. I spoke with Jonathan Reyes, Senior Settlement Officer, concerning a longtime tax issue. Jonathan assisted me in contacting the IRS on my behalf and having them look into the issue right away. As it turns out, the issue had been corrected for some time, but I had not known that until Jonathan advised me. He took the time to help me even at no benefit to himself or his company. This company took my case in 2029. I paid them $8,000 after they claimed they would erase my Federal debt and work on my state debt. They did Nothing expect put all my federal debt on my credit cards, destroyed my credit, changed their phone numbers and the name of the company. I still owe massive debt to state taxes and all they Eve seem to do is postpone my debt. They Always have an excuse as to why they have repeatedly failed to handle the job I paid them for. Worst Tax consultants. Called them to negotiate with IRS for a fee of $8,000.00 at the time I owed $78,000.00 IRS Honest Tax focused on Innocent Spouse Application for my ex-wife for three solid years while the debt ballooned to $162, 563.45 cents. Then we requested for payoff figures for the tax lien years. They responded but forgot to include others. After I detected the discrepancies and errors IRS made, they could NOT even fix the issues. This post may not make a huge difference to anyone considering the amount, but it will help me get it off my chest. Honest Tax did not complete the job that they were paid to do. Honest promised to "eliminate" the debt owed the IRS; however, they did not eliminate the debt, they only postponed repayment to the IRS. Very down to earth people , Rodger helped me out. 50 min on the phone is what it took for my IRS problem to be resolved. The day before I had been on hold with the IRS for 3 hours and didn't get nothing done but get threats from them saying they are going to garnish me . Don't waste your time calling!
