Totally disappointed that I'm here on a cold rainy night and when I'm hoping to get a warm beverage I get turned away. It's 6:30. You should have signage to say what your hours are.

This is a beautiful place with the best coffee I have ever had! Their sweet treats are also amazing!
Very good Cuban coffee and the new expansion for seating is great.
Whenever my wife and I get to travel we stop and visit locally owned espresso coffee. We rate on a scale 1-10. HCR gets a 9 and would have received a 10 if you had a 16oz cup. Your coffee is excellent from the beginning to the bottom of the cup! Very smooth with no bad aftertaste. Keep up the excellent work and when we pass through Franklin we definitely will be stopping in again.
