Salesman don’t know the Honda policy’s and are blatant liers , drove over an hour just to be lied to, got into my car and left instead of causing a seine, shameful place I have been purchasing cars and truck for 40 yrs and this has never happened, I guess there’s a first time for everything. Consumers be aware.
Worst place ever Honda owners be weary of this place they don't quote prices at ALL and they call when car is finished so you're forced to paY whatever they come up with, so I called the service manager to resolve the issue and Mr. Joe panichella said" well what did you expect to pay" yes his quote exactly, the customer service is the worst, management is trash and I advise everyone stay away from this place at all cost unless you like being ripped off!!!!
Honda Village is great - speedy, efficient, thorough.
I recently purchased a 2017 CR-V as my first new vehicle and absolutely love it. I got a great price online and Georgi could not have made the process any easier. He was able to get me the exact configuration and color I wanted even though it was not in stock. When I noticed a small defect in the speaker grill he had it replaced quickly with no appointment needed. I’ll definitely be recommending Honda Village to friends and family.
