Went in for a 7500 mile service. Came out with a damaged front fender. Clearly a service guy scraped the front end of my car very badly but told no one. I saw the damage 1 min after I left and drove immediately back. Now I need to bring my car back in to have them fix the fender. For some reason they couldn't take it that same day. They said it could take up to 5 days to fix and are giving me a rental. No apology was ever uttered.

My husband and i just purchased a 2014 Honda CRV. Jonathon Dias was our Selection Specialist (sales person). He was great - very knowledgeable about the car, extremely helpful and accommodating. I would recommend anyone interested in purchasing a Honda vehicle to contact him. He and Ivaylo Petrov, the finance director, made the whole experience pleasant and painless. We feel we got a great deal on a beautiful car and were well taken care of by Jonathon and Ivaylo and the staff at Honda Village, plus they loved my dog, Bella.
They did an excellent job. Would recommend them to anyone.
