We are on our 4th car from Honda Village. The dealership is very close to our house and this was really the most important factor. As a plus we have been very happy with the experience. I'm not convinced that we ever got the lowest price, but they were in the ball park. Very friendly service and sales departments.
first time i ever bought a car from a dealership, my sales person ( julie s ) no longer there was great, helped me get the financing , very happy with my honda civic, have gotten a lot of good feedback from friends and co-workers on my choice of vehicle
I love going to Honda Village for service for my Honda Fit sport. This time I had a recall issue fixed, oil change at a discount even though I forgot my coupon, and it took less than an hour (the low end of the estimate I was given). While I'm waiting I can look at the cars in the showroom without someone coming over and trying to get me to trade mine in for a new model. Also you must go to the front desk and listen to Adam answer the phone and make announcements -- he has the best voice ever! (Sounds weird, but just do it.)
I had a great experience here with JB as my salesman! Best price I could find right out of the gate, no sales "tricks", and he really went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. To top it all off, I love my new Pilot!
Bought a used car here a couple years ago. We were told the warranty we bought would cover us for 60,000 miles from the mileage we bought it from. Found out later they ripped us off by $2,000 by changing the terms of our warranty to up to 60,000 miles. Why would we pay $2,000 for only a couple more miles?! Never going back to this place and telling everyone how horrible these jerks are. Hope you're happy with yourselves!! You're the reason car salesmen get a bad rap.
Brought 2012 CRV in for routine oil change and a recall took less than an hour to complete. I was very pleased and I feel very safe in my vehicle
