I went there last week to get my first lease and Stanley Pena was AMAZINGLY helpful. He guided me through different types of vehicle models and options and helped me find the perfect fit for my needs. He was very professional, patient and kind. Stanley made sure I got the best deal possible and after I decided which car I wanted, Stanley kept in contact until he personally delivered the keys. My 2005 Honda CRV has 205,000 miles on it and it is running strong today thanks to Honda Village. I have saved thousands of dollars in insurance payments and new car payments by following the advice of the technicians at Honda Village and changing the fluids over the years and doing the maintenance that was suggested. Two thumbs up to Honda Village, I have an $80 a month insurance payment, a $43 a year excise bill, and no car payment and a CRV that runs great !!!
Salespeople are extremely sleazy and will try to get you to fall for all kinds of tricks. When I resisted, I was pressured, ridiculed, and called names. I really just wanted to hear their best offer, but had to sit by while each of the salesmen I interacted with tried to brag about themselves to get me to believe them. This place is not worth your time for car buying. Go somewhere else.
I've bought all my cars at Honda Village, and always take my car there for service. I know Dealerships can be a little more expensive, but they've always kept me driving my cars at least 10 yrs.
Worst experience. Lied to me about invoice price. Lied about delivery. Horrible communication. DO NOT GO HERE!
