Bought my '19 Civic Sport Hatch with a manual transmission from Jose. Jose was fantastic – when I had a requirement to get a car before a big trip, he went out of his way to physically go to the DMV to sort out a situation in order for the deal to be closed before close of business on a Friday. Sold me a "thoroughly inspected" car that had numerous issues when inspected by a mechanic 2 weeks later. From simple stuff like "completely clogged air filter" that any mechanic should spot, to things being actually broken that makes you question how they got that car inspected (warped front rotors, worn pads).
