This was my first time purchasing a car and I'm confident in saying this is the most unprofessional and inconsiderate dealership that I have encountered in my weeks of looking at many dealerships. I first went to see a few civics that they had in stock. I was met by Joseph. I drove a touring that I liked very much. They made me put $500 down before I had even seen my monthly estimates and apr, when I finally saw the ridiculously high numbers I had them refund me $500 and had it financed through my bank with a much lower apr.... read more

I won't be back. Recently lease a Pilot from this dealership, and I will not be back. My wife works on the front lines of our local Emergency Room, working overnights admitting and registering every person that walks in the door. During negotiations I was asked if anyone in the household was a healthcare worker, and of course I said yes. After we came to an agreement and sent them a copy of my wife’s hospital badge, I was told 2 days later that she may not qualify but was still up in the air. Really disappointed with the service department. Not only did they have to resurface rotors on my daughters brand new Civic, they said the issue was not the car but the driver! On top of that, they drove the car thru the tolls TWICE so we got that surprise bill in the mail. I would not recommend this dealer!!

MORAL OF THE STORY: DO NOT DO BUSINESS Bought a car there. Ended up having bad compression. Found out after 30 days nothing I can do there... however I went back a year later to look at another car and I went in the vehicle I had previously purchased from them. While the service department had my car while I was looking at the newer vehicle they scratched my car and completely ignored my concerns about them fixing it. Worse experience ever, the finance guy Brandon was very rude and took it upon himself to add extra extended warranty without even asking or giving you any options. I was there to co-sign for Honda that went for 13,900 and got hoodwinked for 20,000 ,asked to speak to a manager his reply was you have to talk to the financial department which he says nothing can be done since it was signed, here we are a month later no car no tittle and they said they would pay the first bill due 4/11/20 , talked to the owner who apologized and... read more

DO NOT buy a car from here!! Most horrible experience I have ever had with any dealership my life! They are rude and dishonest. Service people do not know what they are doing and sales will lie about the conditon of their used cars just to get your money!! Beware!! Go somewhere else!! Especially if you have kids and need a safe car and a reliable, honest dealership!

They have worst customer services I purchased car (Nissan Pathfinder) on 15th Feb 2020, completed payment formalities they requested, they confirmed will ship document for me to get my car register in my state which is Maine (100 miles away ) It’s already been 7 days , there are no signs of document and when I called them they said they sent document via over night service , When I asked for tracking no. , they don’t come back It’s really frustrating , not sure when I will receive my car
