I recently purchased my vehicle from here, and my family and myself could not be anymore impressed. It was flawlessly operated and the customer service was awesome. When we walked in there was no slimmy salesman waiting to take advantage of us, but was greeted warmly by a clean, well presented sales associate. My daughter brought her CRV in for airbag recall and got free inspection. She was flat out lied to. Honda service department said she needed $800 worth of work done. We then took it to Honda of Marysville and had them look at the problems that Honda of Seattle said existed. None of the problems existed. They were trying to scam us. I will never do business with this dealership again. I would recommend never believing this dealership. I believe Hondas are great vehicles. Just don't take your car to Honda of Seattle.
We had a great experience buying a new-to-us Fit three weeks ago. Sales guy Andy Flory was respectful and professional during our purchase and with our trade-in process. After the sale, he coordinated a couple of small fixits that couldn't be completed the day we bought the car. When I returned to the service department yesterday, everything was taken care of.
