Always get great service when I bring my car in. They squeezed me in on a Saturday to get my oil changed and tires rotated in time for a road trip. Brandon took care of me brillliantly yesterday, explaining everything needed and even had his tech team Double check to track down the wipers I had requested to be replaced when he was told they weren’t in stock. Great experience and will happily take my car to this dealership for service whenever it needs it.
I walked in knowing nothing. Timur was so helpful and took great care of me and walked me through everything he was doing and made an effort to get to know me a little. It took longer than normal because there were hiccups when it came to insurance. During the process I started crying, been under a lot of stress this month and became overwhelmed, Timur was very supportive and caring and asked if he could get me anything and directed me towards the bathroom when I asked.
