My recent experience at Honda of Seattle, especially with sales associate Chris Kummer, was excellent. Chris was professional, well-informed, and very understanding about the kind of vehicle upgrade I was seeking. He was sensitive and intuitive to what I needed, and transparent about vehicle options, price, etc. Honda of Seattle provided me with 13+ years of excellent service with my previous Honda - I enthusiastically recommend them! Never again, I have purchased 3 cars in 10 years and yet the service department consistantly is rude and does a lousy job Service call late last week. topped off the window cleaner fluid with water which froze and we didn't realize it till we were on the freeway near Mt Baker and could not clean our windows which became a safety issue. There is always a reason from these guys, why something does not happen. I brought my car in for a brake job and was able to bring in my own parts. Initially I wanted to get front and rear brakes done because I thought I needed both but the tech came back and told my advisor that I only needed the rear done so I was so grateful they were honest and also they did a recall too and got my vehicle done way before promised time. It meant so much to me because I was able to buy my kids and nieces Xmas gifts that I thought I couldn't buy if I had to pay for a full brake job. I'm so happy with Honda Seat... read more
