Slimiest dealership around. I paid extra to flush a transmission on my vehicle during the 60,000 mile maintenance, and they flushed it, but did not refill it. Checked out by third party to confirm lack of leaks. After reporting to Honda of Seattle and delivering the vehicle for their inspection, they tried to require signing a slip with a comments section saying they are not responsible for any damages to the vehicle. Between myself and family members we've purchased at least 10 cars (new and used) from Timur at Honda of Seattle over the last 10 years. The quality of product and service is fantastic. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
I love this place, I am always treated so very well and any need for my car has been taken care of in a timely manor. The tech explains what is needed and very thorough. Everyone does their job well.
Honda of Seattle took very good care of me!! My Service Advisor kept me up to date all day long and my shuttle drivers were safe drivers!!

When faced with a very tricky and frustrating situation, Honda of Seattle (especially Andrea in customer service and Jason in Service) took the reigns and solved the problem with little to no stress for me. There's a reason I bought my 2012 CRV from them and will continue to be a loyal customer of theirs. They got me back on the road quickly and made my experience a lot easier and very pleasant.
