I leased my first car from Penske Honda. My salesman, Kevin Cooper, made everything so easy to understand. The general manager, Bruce Heath, made sure I was taken care of. Such a great experience all the way around!

I had a great experience! Kevin did an excellent job getting me in the car I wanted and getting me the best deal at a quick pace. Thanks Kevin is the best car salesman in town! He is very friendly and easy to talk to. Give the man a raise! :)

They sold me a car that kept breaking down. 2 weeks after having it, it was in the shop. They would only pay for the labor and not the part. Then a month later it was in again and Penske wouldn't pay for it. After me fixing it, and thinking nothing else would happen, 2 months later, I had more issues. Penske wouldn't make it right. I ended up having to get another car and have 2 car loans.... I do not recommend them.
Told an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes for an oil change. Ends up being over 2 hours... Typically this is what happens at Penske. It would be one thing if the service rep apologized for it taking longer then he quoted but we did not get any apology or empathy at all. I come to Penske because I know they will do the job right but what I don't enjoy is waiting for twice as long as I was told on one of my only days off.
