Very friendly and professional service. The waiting area was very comfortable and clean.
I had a very pleasant experience at Tyson’s Honda. I scheduled my “A12” maintenance appointment for 10 am and was told it would take 2 hrs. The work was completed 10 minutes early. The original estimate was for $200 but it turned out to be $78 and my advisor even found a $10 coupon on line, so my total was actually $68!! That never happened before. The car was ready, washed & vacuumed. Go Green Team!! Thank you very much.
Great General manager ( Jeremiah Hill) and great sales guy (Chernon Barrie )and finance manager ( Donald Kim ). I just bought my 2018 Accord from them and they went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. They made the sale just easy like I was buying from a well known friends. Thank you guys. Michael Lewis, my Service Advisor, took care of my car as if it was his, I had a super nice experience and appreciate Michael's attention. I definitely recommend Honda of Tysons and Michael Lewis. I will continue to bring my car to Tysons for service and ask for Michael.

It is an awesome dealer! They explain the process in details. My sale’s person was Janette Lopez. She made my car shopping experience the best! She asked me what I would like in my dream car and showed me a few! She is very patient! And I got my dream car!! She explain everything from how to start the car to what the awesome perks that the car has! Please if you want a sincerely, friendly sales person please contact her because she completely change my perspective of a sales person.!!
