Tony Romo kept me updated during the entire service process. The repair was completed sooner than expected. The waiting area was very comfortable and accommodating. The on-site sandwich shop was a nice surprise!
Fixed a nasty small leak (pin hole on the condenser) on my Honda Pilot’s A/C system under warranty at no cost.

Brought my car in for its 35,000 mile check up. Brian gave an ETA of 1.5 - 2 hours and 110 minutes later I was paying the bill. They said the car was still in good shape. (2012). Besides the Metro stop, another good thing about their location is it's walking distance to a ROTI. Dinner was delicious.

I made the appointment the day prior, but when I arrived I was advised that my team was out for the week. Fortunately, Tony of the gold team was able to service my vehicle. I am pleased with the service, but I did not expect to spend so much time waiting (11:20 am - 3:45 pm). They were very busy, but being one team down contributed to the backlog. My criticism is not toward the gold team, but instead to the service manager .
