While I love Tyson's Honda I do have a complaint as well as an easy fix. I called my usual service rep and left a detailed message to a problem I had with my car. No one called me back so I called the morning of the next day. Again no one called me back so again I called but this time I called the main number and was told my service rep was out on vacation.
