Steve Farr at Tysons Honda has been great for many years. I chose to use Tysons Honda because of Steve and his great service.
RecommendedSteve took great care of me and my car. He communicated the repair recommendations, kept me informed of the completion time, and promptly returned the vehicle and paperwork when it was time to checkout.
Had my oil changed and tires rotated on Friday and Saturday night I had a metal grating sound in the right tire wheel well. Guessing they did something to disc brakes when putting tire back on. Sad part is we were heading out for a college tour on Sunday and we had to rent a car because our car is not driveable!

My Experience was fantastic. Stefani was my salesperson. She was thorough, efficient and honest. Stefani also got me a great deal fast! I’ve purchased many cars from many dealerships and this transaction might of been the best! I would recommend anyone looking for a Honda to go see Stefani!
I took my car into service technician Steve at booth 3. Steve went over the details of what service I needed, to include the oil change and recall. He listed the things needed and one or two optional things. Once we established what needed servicing I left and took the metro to Washington. On my return it was just a small wait time until the car was finished. I think it took around 4 hours to complete everything. The service team is always courteous and helpful.... Wasn't impressed with the car wash!!!!
Honda of Tysons has such attentive and great service! I will definitely be taking my Honda there agian for service! They return my car back to me in better and cleaner shape than I brought it to them!
