It was pricey but Peter A**** from service made sure I was able to get a ride home while my car was in their shop. I was constantly updated while I was away too. Highly recommend if you own a Honda
Very efficient service department. My only complaint would be that when you schedule the appointment they tell you it will take one hour. It’s always 90-120 minutes. They should quote that amount of time.
They made an appointment for me without delay, wait time was minimal, staff was friendly and service was great
This review is for the Service Dept on my last visit only Jul 26, 2023. (Note: The Palm Springs/Cathedral City Sales Dept is OK, but $7500.00 dealer markups on most popular models are not competitive forcing smart buyers out of town to buy Hondas. (Note: My local friends bought their Hondas in Indio and Temecula due to big dealer markups.) I have gone to Palm Springs/Cathedral City Honda for Service for 5 years. Repair was great, but they don't honor appointment times. It took two plus hours for a mechanic to even look at my car, which I can't afford to waste. They said that "appointment" time is merely "check in" time, when my car goes into the queue to be seen by a mechanic, which they compared to a doctor's offiice and said that Toyota next door and "all other repair" places in the Coachella Valley do the same thing, I told them it was unacceptable, but they insisted that it was normal operating procedure even for minor things li... read more

After several months the parts to repair my backup camera finally came in. Honda of the Desert was great about getting me in and repaired as quickly as possible. The guys in the service department are great, always polite and professional. I highly recommend Honda of the Desert.
Handled my concerns professionally. Kept me updated on the diagnosis. Repairs completed in the time frame given. Very satisfied.
