Took in my CRV to get an oil change. Recieved a message from Danielle, showing me a video of my vehicle and went over some details. Fortunantly my vehicle didnt need anything extra done to it. Thank you for being honest and taking care of my vehicle. Did not feel pressured into getting any other service that my vehicle didnt need.

Everyone was very friendly and they always do a good job but my oil change took 1 1/2 hours. They had said an hour, over the phone But when I got there they said it would probably take an hour and a half. I appreciated their honesty. But then they forgot to wash my car ??so I had to wait 20 minutes more. No real big deal. I trust the Honda dealership if I ever have to go in there to get repairs, I know they’ll do a good job.

I’ve purchased three Hondas from Honda Of The Desert and Possibly getting ready to purchase another one. I think the Sales department could learn A little from its excellent service Department.
my experience with Honda of the Desert service department has been exceptional. they go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I've been at least 5 or 6 times for oil changes as well as a couple of other services and have never been disappointed. I've worked with Danielle and Daryl and they've been great. I've also worked with others in that department and their whole team has been excellent. Honda of the Desert sets the bar very high for excellence in Service and customer service.
Everybody is so kind and professional! They do great job and only wait over an hour for my car to be done Honda is best way to go!!
Went in for a transmission flush and oil change and my service was done very quickly. Jo was very helpful throughout the process and kept me well updated on my car.
