I have been a customer for 20 years now and have always received excellent service from their service department.
I have been dealing with Honda of the Desert for approximately 15 years. In that time I have bought Hondas, and had my Hondas serviced at their dealership. Martin heads up Service, and his professionalism along with the quality of the department is unprecedented. The goal of Honda of the Desert is exceeding the customer's expectations on a long term basis. And it certainly does that!

Daryl was outstanding with the service he provided. I had to have my 2021 Honda Civic towed to be repaired. The morning of the repairs he promptly called at 7am to see what the issue was. He worked with both my insurance company and myself to communicate the issues. Thank you Daryl for your outstanding Customer Service.
Carlos from Honda of the desert help me out so much I was supper happy with payments and also pricing and also the car . But the man (Rigoberto) that helped with the financing was very upset/rude he was trying to add more to make my payment go higher also the interest rate. I will notice he will get more upset if I didn’t agree to what he was offering. I was there to get a good deal, not to try and have someone take advantage of me financially.

This is my fourth Honda that I’ve purchased from Honda of the Desert. I got a great deal. Their service department is awesome and my sales rep Andrian Figueroa was very professional, and did a great job of showing me several different cards to choose from
