Service is always fast, efficient and extremely professional. I have never taken my Honda anywhere else. My only beef that makes it four stars is I typically pay to have my tires rotated every time I get my oil changed, but recently when I got new tires, the tire shop said my tires looked like they had never been rotated. Makes me wonder if they ever actually rotated my tires.

Our 2016 Honda Pilot has been serviced by Honda of the Desert since the day we purchased it there. Service advisors, like Today’s Daryl O********, are always professional, polite and knowledgable. Really adds to a successful ownership experience. First time to own a Honda vehicle. There will be other Hondas in future years.

A very busy maintenance department at this dealership with lots of cars lined up early on a Thursday morning but the process was very efficient and staff great and attentive. Took about 2.5 hrs from start to-finish and a good experience overall. Will return and use this dealership again.
