I had my first experience with the Service Department just yesterday, and I can’t say one bad thing. My advisor, Sham Duckworth, delivered on his promise on how long it would take. Edward Tomilloso at Honda of SM has treated me like a rock star every time I come in to our local, friendly dealership. Whether I am there to renew my lease or just get the battery changed in my key fob, he, and the other staff at Honda, are unfailingly kind, caring, professional with a personal touch . Well, I had to buy a new car. I was hit by someone who totaled my beloved Toyota Truck of 20 years just before Thanksgiving. : ( I bought a Honda Fit from Honda of Santa Maria last week and I highly recommend buying from them.
