I’m still in the waiting room waiting for an oil change. Nobody have touched my car and I am about to leave and report this to bbb. They told me that they work like a “doctors office”, meaning that if you have a 1pm appointment you should expect to wait over one hour before they touch your car. Aweful service. I left after an hour and a half without anything done to the car.
