I received my appt quickly. The Service Rep contacted me immediately upon my arrival and was very courteous and professional. He provided me with an estimated waiting time and offered me the option of a ride home or waiting while my vehicle was being serviced. He directed me to your comfortable waiting area and informed me that you had complimentary hot or cold beverages and popcorn. He kept me advised of the technician's progress on my vehicle and counseled me on suggested services or repairs recommended by the technician. ... read more
