Honda of Marysville was great!! I had a warning light come on flashing and being 5 minutes away I went to Honda of Marysville. They quickly took my information, and even though they didn't have a courtesy car available they drove me and my elderly parents to their house, instead of having to wait in the dealership . . . so thankful! They assessed my car and it was covered under warranty so it was fixed and I was on my way!! Ryan was great!!
Excellent service!! Chris, Alisa and Brandon went above and beyond to help us get into our new Odyssey...even staying well after closing to get the deal done. Upfront and trustworthy team. Thanks for the top notch service!
Honda of Marysville always takes care of us and our 14 yr old Odyssey. Everyone is always polite and offer us ways to save money, instead of spending it. We are and always will be faithful customers.
I wish I could give 0 star very rude people terrible service. Not honoring the price told over the phone and waste about hour.
Sucks!!!Sales person very rude. Bate and switch , spoke to alexander internet sales mgr. she said come on in and we can give you this price otd and after 1hr. Drive now i am at the dealer and they are asking price is $3000 more. And now she is on break over an hour. Then there asian bold mgr. came and he said we can't go any lower and we do this all the time to bring customers. He said internet mgr. she don't know the prices. Go somewhere else for better experience , save your time and money.
Good work on service for my Civic today. Finished sooner than expected. Thank you!
