Had a fantastic experience today! Marshall B was the best and I couldn’t have had a better customer service experience while my car was being serviced. He was professional, friendly and calm. I was not charged for more than needed and he kept in touch with me throughout the day My car is an oldie but a goodie and when it came time to give me a loaner car he took the time to show me the fancy features of the car since I’m not used to all the bells and whistles of the newer models. Thank you for the great service.
We just today met Jorge Palma. We stopped by just to look around, having purchased the last 2 vehicles here. Jorge told us to look around and take our time, and let him know if we had questions - this is why we love Honda of Marysville -- NO pushy sales people! We wandered the lot, deciding on a new HR-V. The service was excellent!! This was my third visit to the service department for routine scheduled maintenance and like the other two times it could not have gone any better. The estimate was right on the money, the time to get in and out was 15 minutes quicker than the estimate and they gave me updates on the work as it was being done. Could not rate Honda of Marysville any higher.
We purchased my first brand new car this last July.. A Civic Touring. It was a very good experience from start to finish in every way. Just had to take it in real quick for an odd noise it was making. We didn't have an appointment. They got to the car quickly. Took care of it in a timely manner. They were very friendly and courteous. Even discounted our bill by half. Washed our dirty car as well. Very impressed and pleased with this dealership... Craig and Diane
