We had a good experience when we purchased our Honda Accord at Honda of Marysville but after getting our car serviced there I won't go back because the "full service" oil change only included vacuuming out the front of the car & they do not check for any burned out headlights, tail lights etc. When they do the oil change. as any other quick lube or dealership I've been to does all of this with the oil change & to top it off they try selling my wife a break inspection for 70$.. really.. 70$ to tell me if I need new breaks or... read more

Only two trips to Marysville Honda since I moved here. One for windshield wiper blades. They were helpful and fast. Yesterday they took care of the recall on my airbag. They were prompt polite and helpful. I sat in their comfortable lobby, drank two cups of lovely complimentary hot chocolate, caught up on my texts and my car was done. Washed and checked out. They did not attempt to sell me anything and were extremely polite. I will go back.
