First stop was down the street at Fred Anderson Toyota. Totally ignored there so I came here next. Thought I wanted a 2020 Pilot but after seeing several Pilots, it seems the loaded 2019 was meant for me. With the exception of one person, the staff here is great and strives to sell you not just what you need but want plus some extras.
Great place to go. Tyler in the quick oil service area was great and professional. He kept me noticed of each step. Very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this place.
They are great! Preston is a service manager beyond positive words. He is always so personal, helpful, & friendly. He is the reason I drive further than any other Honda dealership for my service.
I bought a CRV with the help of John and could not say enough positive things about my experience. He was knowledgeable without pressuring me to buy and wanted to be sure I was getting the vehicle to best fit my needs. The rest of the staff I've interacted with has been very friendly. I am so glad I chose to shop at Honda of Columbia!

Traded in my Subaru for a pilot with ease! I told them my budget and they made it happen, not pushy at all! They have been super friendly and accommodating in every interaction I have had. Highly recommend!
We loved working with Danny Koon. I really enjoyed the experience. We had some noises that Danny worked with the service department to resolve. (Spare Change in the door panel and marble stuck underneath the seat) Even after we drove the car home and noticed the A/C not cooling well, Danny had us bring it back so that the service department could resolve the problem.
