I want to thank your team in service and Preston Locklear. You came to my husbands rescue this morning as he was driving through trying to get home to TN! His check engine light was flashing on our 2010 Accord and he had 300 miles to go. Preston got the car in, fixed and Randy back on the road to home in an hour!!! Did I mention there was no charge for this repair. Thank you for all you do!

Always awesome customer service. They listen to you and do everything possible to make sure you leave happy. Even let you know if you need brakes, tires, filters, etc before it's necessary so you budget for the expense. Not the typical service center where they want to charge you for everything every time you are there.

The service manager Scott went above and beyond to help us when our 5 month old Pilot broke down a few exits from the dealership. We are on vacation headed to Myrtle Beach and he stayed late until the Honda roadside assistance towed our vehicle to the service center. We can't thank him enough for staying late to make sure we were settled into a rental vehicle.
Adam Bliss is the best. Very knowledgeable about the features on my new CRV and HONDA cars in general. I highly recommend him.
Extremely pleased with service today. Before contacting them, I checked prices for the service I needed on repairpal. I also called a National chain and a local chain for a quote. Not only was the dealership cheaper, the service took half the time I was given as an estimate at the local chain, AND I also had the 5-IN-1 service special done along with the maintenance service. All staff that I came in contact with were pleasant and helpful. Warm cookies and coffee while you wait. Thank you!
