Really poor service by the sales manager. Poor professionalism when it came to dealing with an easy deal. The SALES MANAGER got up and stormed off when we did not agree with his very poor bargaining techniques. I have a masters degree sweetheart, I know math and your markup. Poor customer service and will tell others to take their service elsewhere. Very sleezy dealings with their customer service department.
I had an appointment to have a key made. It took an hour! It costed $152+. After leaving I found that it did not work, so I wasted three hours (travel and waiting) and $$$. �
I buy parts from this company. I send warranty hondas to them and they take care of my customers. Great place!
I am just getting back on my feet, or at least trying to finically after a very long and devastating illness. I had the great pleasure of meeting Horace, one of the financial advisors/workers. He was so compassionate and kind to me. He worked so incredibly hard to get me in a safe car with payments that I could afford. My credit is far from perfect related to medical bills, he fought and pleaded my case to many banks right in front of me, trying to get them to give me a lower interest rate... Traveling from the Upstate to Charleston on Wednesday, the a/c in my 2007 CRV bit the dust between Clinton & Newberry. The temp outside was 99 and the heat index somewhere in the stratosphere. Headed straight to the closest Honda dealer, Honda of Columbia. Their service department was terrific! They promptly analyzed the situation, which was a bit of sticker shock but was the appropriate cost. After the repairs, we were back on the road as cool as cucumbers within 3 hours...that was 1 hour LESS than originally estimated!

I was in the market to buy a new vehicle and went to Honda of Columbia twice to look at vehicles on both occasions not a single employee or salesperson attempted to assist me on the second trip I went inside hung around for about 15 minutes and was never offered any help i'm not going to hunt you down and go out of my way to give you my business I won't be going back there anymore now the people over at Midlands Honda totally different story and I highly recommend going there instead
